Aww man... I can't believe prom is over. Haiz. And it's crazy that I wasn't exactly looking forward to it cos I had wasted much time and money in the last few days for this event. The preparation period unnerved me I guess. Rushed home from comp. team training to get ready and had to put on my blue dress and leggings and whatnot. Unfortunately, my sis wasn't home yet from her exam so I had to meet her at yewtee before going to Prat's condo to meet her and Huip. Hadn't showed my mum my dress before so she disapproved when she saw it. Lol. Then she took my blue scarf and tied it around me. I must say, she has got quite a unsung sense of fashion! Haha. Quite rare. Well then, I was late for the meeting with prat and huip but luckily my sis only took about 15 minutes to do my make-up. I didn't exactly turn out to be Rihanna-ish but it was a good attempt. Shall post the pics I took at prom in a few. At prat's house, we posed for pictures and ended up reaching RTC later than 6pm. Got car-sick. Bleah. Lucky never vomit. Sad that Isabella couldn't come. So many glamourous people you know. My sister's heels were killing me btw. Took pics with a lot of people too. Anna was sexy, so were Jovine and Xueyun and many other single ladies. Haha. Guess who was hot? Changrong! Haha. And erm. ME. Haha. The emcee, Mabir, is DAMN GOOD. Hilarious and he got the whole crowd going, waving the napkins whenever that song came on and a whole lot of other things, plus the MTV game. Scandalous and super fun lah. Except for the parts that I had to go up the stage to make speech and unsuccessfully pop the bottle and catwalk as prom queen candidate. How I wished I could kick off the heels. I seriously looked like a wounded duck. Lol. Congrats to Ze Tong and Xueyun for emerging as Prom King and Prom Queen respectively! Thankful that I at least got Ms Personality cos I was hoping to score something in the lucky draw. Gave the Fossil voucher to my sis as service fee. Haha. Danced the night away like crazy. Wished there were more hip songs to dance to though. But oh well. One of the best times I've ever had! Woohoohoo. Slept at one in the morning. Woke up at 2pm. Darn I had to miss SJAB flag day cos I got a bit sick in the morning. Feeling better now albeit still a bit fatigued. Gotta start baking soon. Someone's birthday coming! Ahem ahem. Hahaha.
